Annual Dues
New Members
- Dues: $449
- SMPS membership is an individual membership and is anniversary based. Membership in your local chapter is included.
Renew or Reinstate a Membership
- Dues: $449
- SMPS renewal is based on your anniversary date. It includes membership to one chapter and access to MySMPS and all of its resources.
- If your membership has lapsed 130 days or more from your membership’s expiration date, please reinstate your membership.
Transfer a Current Membership
- Dues: No fee
- A transfer member is an individual who would like to take over the remainder of another member’s active regular membership for which the firm paid.
Student Member
- Dues: $25
- Student membership in the Society is available to students enrolled in a full-time study program at an accredited post-secondary institution or to part-time students who are not employed full-time in the A/E/C industries or not otherwise eligible for regular membership in SMPS.
Retired Member
- Dues: $30
- Retired membership in the Society is available to any regular member in good standing who is retired and who has been an active member of SMPS for a minimum of 15 years, upon application certifying that these requirements are met and upon payment of reduced annual dues as established by the Board of Directors. Upon electing this status, a Retired member will no longer be eligible to vote or to serve as a member of the Board of Directors.
